I moved into Melrose apartments in June of 2002. Since I have lived here I have had no problems at all. The staff is friendly and any maintenance requests I have made have been taken care of promptly. My apartment is beautiful and I have recommended my friends to live here. They have Great Ammenities and planned events. I have never once felt cheated in my rental payments. I have free cable, local phone and ethernet. That alone saves me $100.00 an month. I love it here!
