Living at Melrose is been an alright experience. I do have to agree with others that the quality of construction is not as good as it seems. The leasing/management staff especially the managers, are very racist, discriminating, unhelpful, rude, and impolite. They do not have any sort of customer service. Since we are students they treat us with disrespect. There there was just a better managment team, Id think those apartments would be a lot better in quality and service. Also construction of the roads. The design is very poor and has caused many accidents.
