Melrose administrative staff consists of rude and incompetent teenagers. Not once has an employee been able to answer my questions- it is always directed to another, and then another, and so on... They have a horrible payment system, they do not understand the provisions of their own leasing agreement, and handling resident complaints is a new concept.
The apartments themselves are decent, however, the pool is never functioning and the gates are always broken.
Most of the tenants are rude, loud, and disrespectful. Not to mention, the busses don't come this way during the school schedule, so if you work during vacations, you have to drive yourself.
I would never recommend anyone move in here!
