OK you would think that since this place is only 1-year old, it's builders would have learned from the design mistakes of previous generations of apartments. Unbelievably, these are the worst designed apartments I have ever seen. Everything is built of ultra-cheap materials. The gate out front is the dumbest thing I have ever seen, it annoyingly beeps non-stop. The interior design is horrible; cabinets, door and lights are just in all the wrong spots. Why is there no screen door for the balcony'' Who thought of that' That is just an example.

These are very frustrating apartments, and are a total ripoff.
