Melrose Apartments is a good place to live! It is loud on the weekends, but the weekdays are quiet. Since its mostly college students living here, what do you expect' Parties can happen here, but they have to be under control. The security guards are all very nice and helpful. Whenever it gets loud or you have a problem when the office is closed, the security guard is available to help you. All of the facilities ( tanning beds, computer labs, study rooms, fitness center, game room, living area, pool, hot tub, bball courts...and everthing else!) are all kept up very well. The office people are as helpful as college student who are working temporary jobs can be! Melrose is a fun place to live, I feel very safe, have met lots of new people, and enjoy it!
