Better than the Dorms...I'm renewing

I've tried living in the dorms my freshman and sophomore year at MSU and refused to do it again. I had the convenience of a free semester bus pass, free tanning, a 24 gym, and my own bathroom. Living with 6 girls in a house wasn't enough for me when I had to share a 2 bathrooms with them. Management wasn't up to my standards at first but when I met with them to speak on the problems that I was having, they explained the lease and the charges thoroughly. My mom also thought that this was a good choice for me. When my roommates didn't pay their rent, I wasn't held responsible. Yes, it is an inconvenience to be so far from campus but I absolutely enjoy living here. When I had roommate issues and went and spoke to management and they had another 4 br for me to move into within 2 days to get out of the crazy situation. I couldn't understand why the staff kept changing at first and then I realized that they were getting promoted and moved to other sites. With the amount of the utilities divided by the four us, it seemed reasonable. I have enjoyed my stay here so far and plan on renewing for 06-07
