********Someone I knew who went to law school said it's illegal for the Landings to bill their residents the water and sewer bills the way they do because they charge per building instead of per actual apartment... i also heard there was a lawsuit a while ago based on that....***********

Was their ever anything settled with this?? I live in Mt. Pleasant @ the Village @ Bluegrass, and all of a sudden they are charging us water bills! UGH
