If you want to live at a place where you will get fined for crazy things, where you can't use a foreman grill or else you get fined, where apartments in your building get broken into a robbed, where disputes about fees end in them suing you instead of being reasonable, where they dont issue you a parking pass and then tow your car because you dont have a parking pass, then live here. It is HORRIBLE. Do not do this to yourself.
