The apartments are nice, and the rent seems pretty cheap. But, you will end up paying more in fines. The leasing office charges ridiculous amounts for utilities and charges other miscellaneous fines. If they even suspect you did anything out of the ordinary, they will send you not one, but 4 different fines (one for each roomate). Also, it's near impossible to get anything resolved at the leasing office and there is always a line of people waiting to complain about something. The so called 'high-speed internet' is about as fast as dial-up. Don't live here, it's not worth the hassle.

this is my 3rd year living at the landings. I have never experienced ANY of these issues! I have never received any fines for anything. I moved from a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom last year and left my last apartment pretty messy. I expected some sort of fine... didn't receive ANY! The landings no longer bills you for your utilities, you pay them directly to consumers energy (this actually ended up saving us a lot of money each month! our average utility bill is between $50-$70/month per person). The internet has been upgrade and is a lot better than it used to be. Our internet hasnt went down once all semester! As far as lines of people waiting to complain... I have never experienced this?! From time to time, problems do come up... our AC stopped working once... we called the front office and the SAME DAY a maintenance guy came to our apartment and was able to fix it.
