The Landings at Chandler Crossing along with the other Chandler apartments are probably amongst the worst places you can live in East Lansing for how much money you pay. Service is completely inadequate and innefficient. I had to wait over 3 months (complaining once a week) for maintenence to spend 15 minutes in order to fix my phone line so I could have a land line installed. The apartment complex itself is ridiculously far from MSU's campus which should be factored into the price, but is not. The only reason I even moved out to the complex was to room with a good friend. I feel I was completely taken advantage of by the company that owns the Chandler properties and have taken it upon myself to warn as many people as I can to stay away from these places. If you enjoy spending a lot of money for poor quality apartments with a management company that cares little about you (other than taking as much money as they can from you) then Chandler apartments would be an ideal choice. Good luck, I hope you make a better decision than I did.
