Hi, I am currently in my second year at the Landings. So far I have had a great experience with everything. I didn't have roommates picked out either year and I was placed with three other girls each time that I had never met before and it worked out great! I really like the individual leasing because it makes me feel better knowing that my roommates rent is separate from mine. For anyone who is looking to live with people they don't know, I would recommend living here. They did a great job matching me based on age, my social habits and even to our degrees. It is a lot of fun in the summer because there are always pool parties with music and free food. I love the new clubhouse that they are building and the amenities are great. Although it isn't on campus, they give you free bus passes and there is a bus stop right at the community. Overall, it is a great place to live and isn't as expensive as most places right on campus.
