Great apartment, horrible management

We just moved out of the Landings, and our experience has been bittersweet. I loved the apartment and the amenities. Fully furnished, nice living space, overall, not bad. However, the staff and management at the leasing office is horrible. When we moved in a year ago, we were not notified when we had a 4th roommate placed in our apartment, even though the office said they would tell us who was coming and give us their contact information. This 4th roommate ended up being horrible (I suspect they did not even glance at the roommate profile forms we were required to fill out in order to match us with an appropriate roommate), and when we approached the Landings with the problem, they wouldn't do anything to help us.
Later, around December, we decided to renew our leases after being told that we would be moved to a better building which would be closer to the clubhouse and bus stop. Then, in the spring, we were told we would be moved to the second floor after a break-in compromised our safety. In late July, however, we received notice that we would be staying in the apartment we were currently in. This wasn't acceptable to us, but the leasing office said they could not put us in a better building, and they would not let us out of our leases unless we chose to live at another Chandler Crossings property (eventually we chose to move to the Club).
Then, the day before we were scheduled to move, I woke up to strangers' voices in our living room at 8:30am! Surprised, I went out to see a bunch of maintenance workers ready to clean out apartment. The leasing office had screwed up again and told the maintenance crew that our apartment was already vacant and to just let themselves in! This was a horrible invasion of privacy and it terrified me, since our apartment had been broken into only a couple of months ago.
Later that day (about 8:00pm), the leasing office called us to tell us that our keys at our new apartment, and that we could start moving in. Apparently, the Landings had scheduled somebody to move into our rooms before we had even moved out. So we worked really hard to get moved into our new apartment. Then, a day later (the day our old keys were due at the Landings at 5:00pm), the Landings called around noon to tell us that our apartment needed to be empty within an hour. So I hurried over there to collect the few things we had left over there and do some cleaning. When I got there, I saw that somebody had already been there. My vacuum had been knocked over and broken, a poster of mine was missing, and there were cans of iced tea on the counter. After about ten minutes of cleaning and packing, a whole crew of people came in and started tearing the place apart and I was asked to leave.
Aside from these problems, there have been countless instances of miscommunication and lack of responsibility with the leasing office. If it weren't for the constant issues with the staff, I might still be living there. Unfortunately, it's hard to live in a place that isn't run the right way.
