i lived in the apartments for 4 months and broke my lease. there was mold in both my apartment (in both rooms) and in my neighbors apartment (in both roooms) and the apartments stated that it was our faults because we never opened the windows( in the middle of winter) and i did open the windows as much as possible. also i lived in an apartment that no one had lived in before and it was fallling apart in the first week and it took them for ever to even fix any thing. They put rocks in are parking spots so there was none. and they put cement on our cars and stated " thats your responsiblity, you moved in to a apartment that is still making buildings"
the moving in process was hell!! they kept changing which apartment we were going to move into( so we got stuck next to the new building) then they changed the price of our deposit the day before we were supposed to move in. THey never return phone calls. Unless you call about 7x. the computers that they offer never work. you can hear everything that is said by neighbors which causes complaints. the gym is only open to 12 pm. (i work nights sleep late) but it is an all right gym. never got ot go to pool cause it was closed but looks nice. mail boxs on the other side of apartments. Staff rude. and to pricey for quility. they look nice but fall apart easy.
and the construction workers are loud and play loud mexican music in the morning and feel that they have to sing and scream along. this includes sat mornings.
