Don't be fooled by so-called residents complaints of The Aspens. I was checking out an apartment for my sister in another city and I thought I would check to see what apartmentratings.com says about where I live. What a joke!

Let me give it to you straight. The Aspens is the newest, and without a doubt the nicest apartment community on the Westside of Albuquerque. Our apartment was never lived in before and it is lovely. High tech looking black appliances, cherry-stained cabinetry with polished metal knobs, huge washer and dryer area in my apartment, our bathrooms have large stone-like tiles around both tubs (not the small regular white tiles or plastic enclosures – yuck!), huge closets, etc.

Also the things this place offers is by far the best I've ever seen. The pools are like at a Vegas hotel and are a 10, the gym is BY FAR the best I've ever seen (they have a ton of real health club workout equipment and a large treadmill/bicycle area with big screen TV as well), in the clubhouse is hair salon where my wife gets her hair done, plus they have a free internet cafe in the clubhouse, full court basketball…

I could go on and on but I am late for work (Intel). I really bugs me to see people complain just to be hurtful. The complainers may be from another apartment community or just a disgruntled employee with too much time on his hands.

Check out The Aspens and see for yourself who is telling the truth. I guarantee you you will not be wasting your time! We wanted the newest and the nicest and that’s why we choose The Apens and we are very glad we did.
