I should have known this was a mistake from day one. I rented an apartment, saw the location of it, but was not able to view it until the day I moved in. It was one of those handicapped ones, not what the model looked like at all. They moved me to another apartment, which wasn't ready to move into - but it was moving day for me I needed some where to go. Did I mention I had already changed my address for the other apartment, so it was such a hassle to do it again. This new apartment had no heat (it was December) and it took 8 hours for some one to come and fix it. Then the heat would go out every day or every few days for three weeks. On Christmas eve they finally called a professional to look at it, but had to order a part, no heat until after the holidays for me. They put me in a 1 bed efficiency at a different complex on CHRISTMAS!!! My daughter had to wake up in a new place with no tree or decorations. Not to mention I was paying big bucks for a 3 bedroom.

The staff is horrible. Very rude. They don't want to work with you to make you happy at all. Office also doesn't accept packages. The mail boxes are located down a long ramp, not too easy to get to.

The pool is never open. Maintenance takes forever. I had a clogged toilet once, I called, then fixed it myself that night. Two weeks later maintenance shows up to fix it. Two Weeks!!! How could someone go without a working toilet for that long.

Noise is horrible. I could literally complain about the people above me every five minutes, and they probably aren't even making that much noise. The light in my living room works when it wants to, knobs in the kitchen cabinets just break off. Lots of maintenance issues with the place, and it takes a long time to have someone fix it.

Carports cost an extra $35 a month to rent.

The place reminds me of a movie set. It looks good, but if you were to lean on a wall, it would fall over. Yes, asthetically the place looks great, walls are painted nice southwest colors, floor plans are nice, but location of switches and outlets are impractical.

I only signed a 6 month lease and that was too much. I have 2 months left and am already looking for something else.
