I moved here because I have two large dogs and few rentals allow big pets. My first six months here, my neighbors played very loud music at least four nights a week, and the management did absolutely nothing about any of my complaints. I renewed my lease because those neighbors finally moved out, and now I have another group of neighbors who have extremely loud parties every weekend and once again, nothing is being done about it. There also seem to be a huge number of completely irresponsible dog owners - people who let their dogs run around off leash, people who don't pick up after their pets, etc. Not a great environment if you have any concern about safety or sanitation. And now they charge pet rent, allegedly to pay for animal waste pick-up. Problem is that whoever is picking up the waste doesn't do a very good job. I can't wait to get out of here as soon as my lease is up! I would not recommend living here, unless you don't mind a lot of noise and aren't worried about strange dogs running up to you out of nowhere.
