Loads of problems

I a current and long time resident. Have been trying to reach someone--a real person for days. Never in office during posted office hours. My toilet broke on Sat night and was not fixed until Monday. Called many times. People do not park in their assigned spaces. Management towed my vehicle once but won't help me. My spot is important because my car was stolen once and broken into 3 times. Laundry is supposed to be open Sunday but never is until someone complains. First reviewer is correct about crime. Drugs, drive bys--2x that I am personally aware of, homicides, suicides, domestic violence. Managers paint a nice homey picture but this place can be hell. They care more about the exterior and potential renters than residents. Why don't I move' Simply would cost too much.
