HORRIBLE

We moved in to these apartments in April 2006, just after the ownership changed. The staff that was originally there left within a couple months. The place is horrible now. The management is awful, they never answer the phone and don't return your phone calls. The office hours don't apply, they leave and put a note up saying they'll be back at a certain time and then don't return until the next day. Also, they don't refund your security or pet deposit until you call and hassle them about it. The maintenance staff was unreliable and had to be hassled to get anything done. If you're military stay away. They have a clause to the military clause that won't let you get out of a lease. The only nice thing about this place is the location. If you like the outdoors it is right at the base of the foothills. They also allow large dogs which is another plus. So if these don't matter to you don't go here. They have also lowered the standards regarding new residents.
