There are many things an apartment complex is required to do. Unfortunately, Copperfield doesn't do many of them.
It's up to the tenants to become aware of these deficiencies (unfortunately).
They will take your security deposit and claim it is a "cleaning fee." The management company is in California and apparently would not sign for the certified letter I sent them. They don't act in good faith.
