If you like to feel and be treated Unimportant move here! Iv lived here for six months and Iv had so much stuff break down and it takes them atleast two to three week before they call and ask, "do you still need use to fix it'" You might as well fix it yourself, because they are more concerned about the way the complex looks other than keeping the Resident’s happy. Lets talk about the parking. If you like to walk miles to get to your car you'll love it here. Theres so much covered parking right infront of the buildings but they want $30 to $40 a month to have that.So if you dont have covered parking you get to walk for ever. Well you get your Exercise thats a plus! Along with how much you will pay for your rent each month you could be renting a house and be a lot happier and know this is worth your money! Cottonwood Ranch is not worth a penny! I cant wait to move.
