I have lived at Cottonwood for 2 years now and I am very happy. The atmosphere is so nice. The pool area is my children's favorite. The grounds are green and lush and very clean. The office staff are so helpful when I go in for anything and are quick to get any problems in my apartment taken care of. I referred a friend to live here and I got $100 gift certificate.
