My wife and i have lived here for 7 months and every month there is another issue with this complex. We put a deposit down on an apartment to find out on our move in date that they had rented it to someone else. The also have rented out our carport to somebody else 4 different times. They tagged our car to be towed with our carport tag hanging from the mirror because they didn't know who had a carport, garage, or storage. Think twice before you sign your contract because if this has happened to us it will more than likely happen to you.
