Cars have been vandalized in parking (including ours twice). Lease is misleading. They increased our rent the week before we moved in. They later added a pet rent charge that they said was forgotten in original qutoe. Altogether the rent went up $150 a month within the first two months. Also increased the deposit. For your own safety and piece of mind, avoid this place at all costs. Management is unwilling to work with people with their problems. Basically they don´t care and you have to take care of them yourself. Also false fire alarm every other week. Do you like waking up at 6 am on a Saturday to a false fire alarm' If you do then Cottonwood ranch is for you!

I am adding onto this ad in reponse to some of the other comments. If you want to look at the crime statistics for yourself please go to the ABQ website. Trust me you will be surprised. Also the security driver only drives for a very limited time during the night and drives two properties at the same time. There are other apartments in the area who have dedicated security throughout the night and I am lucky enough to be moving to one in June!
