I have lived at CottonWood Ranch for well over two years now. The negative reviews others have written must have been from other apartment communities trying to steal their business. This place is wonderful. By FAR the nicest place in Albuquerque. Huge swimming pools, full court basketball, tennis, great gym (open 24 hrs a day), the grounds are beautiful - filled with large pine trees like you are up in the mountains. Mgt has always been very responsive and there is a guard who patrols all night (Wayne). NEVER a single car break in. EVER! (It's terrible to read the other lies - shame on you, whoever wrote it.) Call APD if you want the truth. It is a VERY safe to live.

It is walking distance to the new Mall, movies, and a ton of new restaurants and minutes to Intel (where I work).

I got my lease renewed in December. In 2 years I have lived their my rent was raised $20! And you get $20 off for each month you pay your rent on the 1st.

The elderly man who lives downstair has been here longer than I have and so has the family that lives next door.

Cottonwood Ranch is by FAR the nicest place to live - no comparison. One quick look and you will agree.
