I have lived here about 11 months and have not experienced the problems that previous reviewers are talking about. I do understand that it is a large apartment complex and that I may have to wait 24 hours for a request to be taken care of. I have found that when I show the office staff the respect and courtesy that they deserve I get more done. Kind of like the old saying, you get more with honey than with vinegar. I doubt that people get charged for things that they do not damage. I think that there are people out there that just like to complain. Just last week I received a letter telling me that I can renew without having to pay more money. I have been considering a home, but will probably renew for another year and save a bit more of a down payment. I do pay extra for the carport, but as a single person feel that is money well spent for me. I like the convenience. It is a beautiful property and I hope that anyone that reads these reviews will check out the place for themselves. You will find evryone in the office to be quite pleasant and informative.
