Although my time with Cottonwood Ranch was brief (6 months) my overall experience was excellent.

Positives include, but are not limited to, friendly staff, great landscaping and maintenance, spacious rooms, great location, high water pressure, and nice swimming pools.

Some of the negatives are poor parking, no left turn onto Coors Bypass, and, at least in our apartment, heavy sliding glass doors that take a full body effort to open and close.
