I moved to Abq from El Paso, TX. First time living in Abq,,,got a lease @ Cottonwood Rnch for a whole LONG year. The Aapartments are really nice BUT the staff SUCK! The word is the best that describes the type of service that they deliver to the residens. It takes ages to have something taken cared of. Example..I moved in in July 2004, soon after I moved in I found out I had a ant problem, they were everywhere...Called the office to get the problem fixed, they never ever sent anyone eventhough they would say someone would be right over..Ohh Parking, u'll be lucky if you can park at the complex u'll find urself looking for parking across the street at Wal-Mart. lol. Anyhow, if u want a really nice looking place, expensive rent, ignorant incompetent staff and nowhere to park, GO TO COTTONWOOD. I ended my lease to never go back there. Now I'm a homeowner :).
