Me and my wife have lived here for about a year and we love it. All the people in the front office are wounderful and they are willing to make sure you are taken care of right. The security could never be better around here.Great views and lots to do,There are going to be some people that are not satisfied but for most of the people around here everything is great. a Large swimming pool that is never over crowded because they are too small never. But after the new property manager REBECCA took over I can see a difference and would like to say thank to all of the cottonwood ranch staff in making that a great place and good luck Rebecca.
