For the price I pay to live here, I thought I was truly going to live in a €�LUXURY APARTMENT COMPLEX€� as has been advertised by the complex,,,, LOL,,,, NOT!!!!

There is absolutely know management here so kids and dogs and cats and €œguest€� run amuck.
If you are on the sidewalks walking you must yield, get off the sidewalk, because the little children on bikes, scooters or skate boards ask you to, sorry they have the right of way here at Cottonwood Ghetto. Don't think they have adult supervision, as the rules read here, and as posted throughout the complex, I have never seen a parent or adult present. The pool and whirlpool are constantly filed with babies in diapers and unregistered, unescorted guests, they come in by the car loads with coolers and pool toys, free city pool, causing no resident parking, unless the pool is closed, which is often throughout the year.
The sport court is unlocked, unlighted, unsupervised and is also over run by children under the age of 10 unsupervised. It is not uncommon to see little ones, (under the age of 10) unsupervised, beating and throwing at each other tennis rackets, balls of all kinds, rocks and stones and chairs and what ever else they can kind find, riding bikes, scooters and skateboards inside the sport court.
Where are the parents of these children'
Where is the management of this complex'
Where is security'
Why am I paying so much to live in a €œLuxury Apartment Complex€� that is really a GHETTO'
