Everyone is giving them a really harsh rating but I'm not sure why. We all have different experiences, but I've lived in worse, THAT'S FOR SURE! The property itself is landscaped very beautifully (I forget all the time that I live in the desert!) The apartment is spacious and has several upgrades (crown molding, berber carpet, large Master tub/bathrooms). When I've had maitenance issues they've responded relatively quick and fixed it in the first one or two tries. Unfortunately they don't respond as effectively when you have issues with other tennants. Now having said that, here's what I don't like. Someone pulls the fire alarms at least once a month and always at 2-3 a.m. and it takes them about 45 minutes to shut it off. They need to correct this problem somehow. Another thing, the parking situation is atrocious! They have covered "premium" parking which is $25 a month and most of us don't want to pay for it so we are stuck fighting for a spot in the freebies section. It's out of control really. But overall I've been happy in my 2 years here.
