Im nearing the end of my second year at Cottonwood Ranch. For the most part, its fine. Next time I would choose an apartment on the first floor, not facing Coors, because its really loud. But that was my own choice. I had to buy an assigned parking spot for $30/mo because, in the evening hours, it can be very hard to find a parking spot. The machines in the exersize room are always broken. I mentioned it to the girls in the office, I dont know if they ever had them fixed. They can be a little short, but I dont care. Im not there to make friends with them. Just pay my rent. The snow is never cleared off the stairs, every winter Ive had to get out there with salt and a shovel. If not, it piles up dangerously to where you can literally sit and slide down if you wanted. My maintenance requests were completed in a timely manner. Once my roof showed a leak stain when it rained, they patched the roof that day. Another time the sink drain got clogged and they fixed it. Oh, if your neighbors are in their patio talking, laughing, whatever, you will hear it all. The windows dont seem to knock out much noise. Ive never had problems other than those, and those arent even too bad. Ive heard, not just from this site but from people I know, that they will charge you a lot of you dont clean to absolute perfection (even cleaner than when you moved in) when you leave...so Im planning on scrubbing the best I can. Ill write another review when I find out how that goes.
