I've lived at Eagle Ranch for a few years. Maintenance tends to be pretty responsive. The leasing consultants, however, are extremely unaccommodating. They are so unfriendly, and most of the time are just sitting around talking about non-business related issues. Anytime I've had to ask them about something, I feel like I'm interrupting. I've heard there is a new manager - let's see if things get any better. Parking on the North side of the building tends to be a lot better, although there are the occasional shady characters wandering around. Over all, I feel pretty safe at this complex, but I'm not sure that I would renew my lease.
