I have to laugh at some of the ratings people said Eagle Ranch is awesome...whatever!!! I think one of the staff members must've done their own ratings.
Just last week the front staff could careless to acknowledge me or even say "Hello!", after I said "Good Morning" to them and turned their head. Once you sign a contract with ER don't expect greetings and luxury. Expect poor, rude, attitude customer service. The only time they are nice and have a smile to their face is if you sign the lease, put a deposit, and pay rent. You have to expect ants as well.
Remember people you been warned about these apartment....OVERPRICED!! GO across the street..to WestPark the covered parking is free, staff are helpful, and most of all it's not overpriced!! Trust me I looked into this. Good thing I only signed 6 months here. Keep looking!!!
I wonder what bozo hired these snotty bithces at the front desk!!!

I lived at ER from 2003-2005 and I agree with you! There is NO WAY this place can achieve an UNBIASED 50% approval rating. Someone from the Management Company should wise up and realize that the Manager (THE ABSULUTE WORST!) and office tramps are driving good renters away.
