I would not recommend this property. I have had water come pouring through my fan in my master bath on two occasions, after tearing up the ceiling, making a huge mess, the response was, 'well its not leaking anymore but i dont know where it came from.' There is a HUGE pigeon problem and dead bird bodies and pigeon excrement cover the entire South side of the complex. I was given an eviction notice and informed if i did not remove my car alarm that I had to vacate, I complied and my car was broken into the same night. I have been witness to at least 15 car break ins in my two plus years here, the security patrol is a joke, in fact i have only ever seen them on one occasion. There has been over four different managers here and countless leasing agents, every time you pay your rent there is a different staff. Just last week we received flyers reminding the tenants of policies, it was drafted all in caps and contained numerous spelling mistakes....if you can not write an intelligible sentence, how can you be expected to run a property and properly execute documents' My rent has increased by 120 dollars and the services have not increased. They cant seem to keep the pool open, arbitrarily change its hours of operation. The staff is just all bark and no service and is nothing more than a bunch of post adolescent youth on their first job (at least thats the impression if you can get them off their cell phones and my space long enough to speak to you in the office.)
