I've lived here for only four months and pretty much have had no problems with our unit itself but its the people. It seems like they'll let anyone that can pay rent live here. There is a serious noise problem and security seems to never react. Nor do the police when you call them. I think its important when you live in a complex as large as this to realize you arent living with just one or two people you have over 400 plus roommates at any given time. You have to consider other people. It's not a hard concept to grasp. You pay for your space which is inside and your patio. There is no need for them to be sitting on or outside your windows chatting and drinking and as you enter the 1am phase of your party you get louder and louder.

Also,The management team is very unprofessional. They are 20 somethings with a need to be your best friend rather than be nice and professional. I don't hate or love them just disapprove how they are trained.

So,if you're looking for a good place to party and get as little as sleep as possible. Live here.
