I stayed in netherwood village for 7 months. The appartment is great.Spacious hall.Good maintenance.You stand in the hall you get to see a lot of trees,hence you can enjoy nature. When you stand in the room out near the balcony you can see the interstate highway,see sun set ,weather changes,people coming in and going out of the appartments.The crowd is very good ,ver y dignified and well behaved.The assistant manager lyn is ver y sweet she is very understanding and very considerate. But the main problem in this appartment is jodie.She is a terror.Very rude ,agressive and very patronising. She expects people to bow to her and not talk anything at all. But people are just expected to listen to jodi and not say even a word if he or she feels anything.People are simply not expected to express their view to jodi.She indirectly wants people to fall down to her legs as she is a manager out here.She is never the one who understands peoples sentiments,but just wants to do things in her way.Well rules are really appreciated ,but the way and the tone in which jodie puts across her rules are highly unethical and not matured.I still dont know how people are praising jodie.Probably they like being patronised and being hurt.If you an avoid interaction with her it will be great to live in this appartment.The other advantages are this place is close to almost everythinglike downtown,walmart,airport,sandias mountain.

yes jodie is extremely horrible.she needs some lessons.Unfortunately management supports her.They never bother on giving advises to her even when she goes wrong.As jodie is good at making people follow her rules,management are with her even though she goes wrong.She really ,really needs a lesson.For guys who want to move here, beware of jodie.

jodie is simpy horrible ,no doubt aboutit ,even we had a bad expeience with he in mach 2007.Can you believe it,you pay you rent and follow rules and yet you got to take harsh words and painful language fom he.Never recommend this appatment ,she shows heights of misbehavior.People stick to this appatment as there is no other appatment cheap and good aound here.People are esdy to take jodies wrath because of this,Any appatment here you would find drug addicts and all that. But you can find a decent cowd here.For this you have to shut you mouth and bear he words.she is vey arrogant

jodie is really ,really bad. People please dont takee this appartment,management is very bad .The community manager and her attitude sucks. She is never the one who respects others views.Alwas expects people to bow to her.If you come here ,you are sure to have a bad experience with her.As she is the one who has the highest authority and her attitude is reaaly crap ,i would not recommend this appartment to anyone.You would have experiences where she would terminate your lease agreement for no fault of yours.Because of her unnecessary hatredness and unnecessary rudeness.Very rude ,manager never recommend this appartment

hopeless managemnet under jodie.There is n o respect for tenants here.The tenants are treated like trash by community mananger.Tenanats are treated like as though they are desperate to live in this appartment,they better obey words of community manager or they would be kicked off.No respect for human values and human feelings by the community manager.Cummunity manager would unnecessarily get into your family matters and behave rudely.On the other hand athe assistant mngr lyn is ver good.Overall a bad experience with the community manager
