Trashy From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/6/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   I initially selected this apartment because it is so close to UNM, bad choice. I have found the complex to be very loud because of paper thin walls and some sketchy neighboors and there is often trash in the parking lot. The fitness center was under construction and out of commission for about 5 months without notice. I had a huge roach problem and the management was not responsive. The 2 benefits are the nice jogging path and the shuttle to UNM that goes from 9am to 4pm.
